Organisation settings
The Organisation settings page gathers the settings that apply to all members and projects of the same organisation.
Administrators only This page is reserved for administrators of the organisation. Other users do not have access. If you do not see the link, your role does not grant the necessary rights.
Access the settings
As an administrator, you access the organisation settings from the profile area at the top right, via the link dedicated to the organisation.
Available settings
Three settings structure the identity and configuration of your organisation.
Organisation name
The organisation name is the title that identifies your entity on the platform. It appears in each member's profile area and in the exports produced from your projects.
To modify it, enter the new name and validate the form.
Organisation language
The organisation language defines the default language applied to content shared at the organisation level, in particular during automatic generation of new elements.
Each member retains the ability to choose the language of their interface from their personal settings. The organisation language serves as a reference for content, not for individual display.
Organisation description
The description is a free-text field that lets you document the context, activity or scope of your organisation. It is useful to help new members quickly understand the environment they are working in.
User management
A complementary page lets you manage the members of your organisation. You will find in particular:
- The invitation of new members by email.
- The role assignment to each user: owner, analyst, viewer.
- The revocation of a user's access.
Administrators only As with the organisation settings, user management is reserved for administrators.
